Customer service has been excellent, communication has been outstanding, downtime during the switchover was minimal due to prior testing and bug fixing. The team was proactive in monitoring the site in the period immediately following the handover and has made suggestions for improvements, which will be of great benefit to the college, our students, and users of the website.
